Senior Fund Administrator PE/RE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fund Administrator to join our team at VP Bank (Luxembourg) SA & VP Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) SA. As a Senior Fund Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the private equity and real estate sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities- Performing administrative tasks related to alternative investment funds, including NAV calculations, review of external valuations, and four-eyes-checks.
- Ensuring compliance with governing documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing financial statements and reports, as well as liaising with auditors for year-end reviews.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with promoters, service providers, and delegated parties.
- Submitting and reviewing regulatory reporting to the CSSF.
- Setting up new alternative investment funds.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in fund administration, preferably in the private equity and real estate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory aspects.
- Excellent self-organization and communication skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
- Very good MS-Excel skills.
