We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Contract Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for steering contract management to ensure the successful execution and documentation of projects in accordance with contractual agreements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract progress and resolve disputes to ensure timely project completion.
  • Provide guidance and advice to project teams on contractual conditions and relevant terms of law, in consultation with our in-house legal experts.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with cost forecasting and time planning, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
  • Assess and resolve commercial impacts arising from disruptions during project execution.
  • Establish a culture of contractual awareness and proactively manage variations within the project team.
  • Steer the team to adhere to defined claim/variation procedures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of events associated with delays or disruptions in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure onshore installation adheres to contractual management standards.
  • Actively lead dispute matters, including defining a claim strategy, structuring the claim, establishing entitlement, and proper substantiation.
  • Manage risk balance (risks, chances, and claims) and cash flow (cash in and cash out) with regular reporting.

Your Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or international law.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in commercial/contract business, with expertise in international EPC contracts.
  • Proficiency in accounting, legal, tax, finance, and insurance matters, as well as contractual risk management.
  • Knowledge of Primavera is a plus, as is overseas experience.
  • Excellent English language skills, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
