We are Luxe Talent International, a leading recruitment company specializing in the luxury and retail sector. We are seeking an experienced International Recruiter German Speaker to join our team, working remotely across Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our DACH division, offering a supportive environment and deep training to enhance your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, source analysis, CV screening, candidate interviews, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate with internal clients and build a network to develop a pool of qualified passive candidates.
  • Execute pre-screening, phone/face-to-face, and Skype interviews.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other resources.
  • Post positions to relevant sources, research, and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting.
  • Administer the recruiting database and maintain accurate records.
  • Produce and analyze recruiting reports and market mapping.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in German and English, with Spanish considered a strong plus.
