Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our 5-member People Team. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and developing effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct interviews, assess cultural fit, and provide guidance to hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in German and English
