Your Responsibilities
  • Enhance the successful positioning of large retail centers or shopping venues
  • Oversee all administrative and organizational responsibilities, including contract oversight, invoice validation, and deadline management
  • Prepare and maintain various reports and summaries for management review
  • Serve as the primary contact for our tenants and foster new tenant partnerships
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, alongside PR and marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the Advertising & Marketing team
  • Regularly liaise with technical building management
Your Profile
  • Educational background or degree in commercial real estate or a related field
  • Proficient in German (C1+) both spoken and written
  • Interest in real estate, marketing, and retail
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills, quick learning, and dependability
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media platforms
  • Willingness to travel to various properties and possess a Class B driver's license
