Marketing Specialist

Saller Unternehmensgruppe is a leading international real estate company with over 30 years of experience in developing, managing, and leasing commercial properties such as shopping centers and retail parks.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in Weimar. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our shopping centers and retail parks.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales in our shopping centers and retail parks
• Collaborate with external partners and tenants to create engaging marketing content
• Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
• Oversee the development and implementation of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, email newsletters, and other digital content
• Work closely with our Center Management team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
• Take on project-based tasks assigned by the Management team, such as analyzing market trends and conducting customer surveys

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1+ level)
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or real estate industry
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress
