As a Commercial Excellence & Customer Events Coordinator, you'll be part of a global team working with Aptiv's Global Account Directors and their sales teams in all aspects of customer sales support:
- Organization of, and participation in, customer sales meetings including preparation of meeting notes and follow-up actions
- Tracking and communication of relevant customer and market intelligence
- Preparation of regular internal customer reporting (requesting appropriate information, consolidating and presentation of findings)
- Creation of customer-oriented presentation materials and support of major customer interactions
- Involvement in planning and execution of European customer events (support of event logistics and inventory management, active participation in set-up and execution of events, coordination with local facility management and corporate functions)
About You
- You are a student enrolled in Germany (Communication, Marketing or Business Administration field of studies preferred)
- You have very good MS-Office and digital, social media and video editing tools knowledge
- You work independently across various areas and hierarchy levels and within a diversified environment
- You have high ability to learn and high level of flexibility
- You are open, engaged and proficient at building relationships and team player You are creative and willing to take initiatives and suggest new ideas
- You are strong communicator in German and English
