We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our Global Expansion team. As a key member of our squad, you will play a crucial role in expanding SumUp's presence in new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the launch of SumUp in new markets by adapting our mobile app to meet regulatory requirements for financial institutions.
- Develop new features in our mobile app to enhance the user experience and improve product-market fit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features.
- Work on automated localization for both mobile apps, including adapting the UI to support multiple languages.
- Develop and maintain a new build of our app to run on third-party Android-powered devices.
- Extensive experience in Android development (Kotlin) with a high degree of autonomy.
- Interest in learning to develop features for our iOS application or experience with Swift.
- Strong understanding of modularized architecture.
