Übernahme von Herausforderungen in der Supply Chain

Wir suchen einen motivierten und analytisch denkenden Assortment Analyst, der sich auf die Analyse und Optimierung unserer Sortimente spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Supply Chain Teams werden Sie eng mit unseren Geschäftsteams zusammenarbeiten, um unsere Prozesse zu verbessern und unsere Kundenbedürfnisse zu erfüllen.

Herausforderungen
  • Verstehen des Tagesgeschäfts unserer Beschaffungsteams und Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Verbesserung ihrer Prozesse
  • Erstellung von Dashboards und Berichten, um unsere Geschäftsentscheidungen zu unterstützen
  • Durchführung von Analysen auf der Grundlage verschiedener Datenquellen
  • Entwicklung von automatisierten Geschäftsprozessen
Zuständigkeiten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von benutzerdefinierten Dashboards
  • Entwicklung eines umfassenden Verständnisses unserer Planungs- und Einkaufsmetriken
  • Erstellung von Berichten zur Unterstützung unserer Geschäftsteams
  • Verbesserung und Vorantreiben der Implementierung von automatisierten Geschäftsprozessen
Anforderungen
  • Akademische Leistungen und Abschluss einer Spitzenuniversität in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Business oder Business Analytics
  • 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder einschlägige Praktika in einer vergleichbaren Position im E-Commerce-, Mode- oder Handelsumfeld
  • Gutes Verständnis des E-Commerce-Geschäftsmodells und der dazugehörigen Business KPIs
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Zahlen
  • Frühere Erfahrungen mit SQL sind von Vorteil oder die Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, diese schnell zu erlernen
