About YOU's Supply Solutions & Analytics team delivers insights, tools, and data solutions to various teams within the Supply Side of the organization, aiming to facilitate quicker and more informed business decisions while optimizing data-related processes. The team comprises assortment specialists, analytics experts, data scientists, and machine-learning engineers, all hailing from diverse fields such as business, consulting, mathematics, and computer science.

Job Title: (Junior) Business Analyst

In the role of (Junior) Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our business analytics professionals to create dashboards, conduct analyses, and prepare data to support our business teams. You will also work closely with different Supply teams, including Buying, Planning, and Inventory Management, to improve processes through data-driven strategies.

Challenges the Team Is Tackling

  • Comprehend the daily operations of Supply teams such as Planning, Buying, Inventory Management, Partner Management, and Pricing
  • Design innovative analytical solutions to enhance processes comprehensively
  • Equip stakeholders with access to pertinent data and tools for making prompt and effective business decisions

Responsibilities

  • Refine reports, dashboards, and data visualization products
  • Develop and sustain custom dashboards using Google BigQuery (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) to display KPIs
  • Generate reports to assist the daily operations of business teams
  • Streamline and implement automated business processes
  • Perform analyses using SQL from various data sources
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of planning, inventory, and buying metrics and KPIs

Requirements

  • Strong academic credentials with a degree from a reputable university in Economics, Business, or Business Analytics
  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion, or retail, or relevant internships
  • Familiarity with e-commerce business models and associated KPIs
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python is a plus, or a willingness to learn rapidly
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of numerical data
  • Must-Have: Previous experience in E-Commerce, Retail, or Fashion
