Ihre Aufgaben
  • Strategischer Aufbau und Steuerung eines globalen Produktionsnetzwerkes
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Zielen im Sinne von Operational Excellence
  • Identifizierung von neuen Technologien, Prozessen und Verfahren
  • Förderung von Innovationen im Produktionsbereich
  • Aufrechterhaltung von Produktionsstandards und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften, Produktionstechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Produktionswerken in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Prozessoptimierungen und Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Profunde Kenntnisse im Bereich OPEX, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
  • Fähigkeit zu interkultureller Kommunikation und Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen und Fähigkeit zur Motivation und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Wohnhaft in Bayern oder umzugsbereit in die Region
