OPEX/DOS (Dana Operating System) - Manager intern (m/w/d)

Wir suchen eine engagierte und flexible Person, die sich für die Implementierung und Verankerung einer "Lean Manufacturing" Kultur im Rahmen des Werksmanagementteams begeistern kann.

Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Verankerung einer "Lean Manufacturing" Kultur als Teil des Werksmanagementteams,
  • Umsetzung der Lean-Strategie, -Standards und -Methoden gemäß des DANA-Betriebssystem (DOS),
  • Unterstützung und Kontrolle von Lean- und CI-Initiativen und CI- und Lean-Kostensenkungsprojekten,
  • Entwicklung und Verwendung von geeigneten Geschäftssystemen, zur erfolgreichen Verwaltung, Kontrolle und Unterstützung des DOS und der Erreichung von CI-Zielen,
  • Organisation von DOS-Terminen und Leitung von DOS-Assessments des Werks und Erstellung von klaren Aktionsplänen.
  • Erstellung von monatlich Reports der DOS-Aktivitäten für das regionale Management,
  • Unterstützung von Verbesserungsprojekten, Jishukens und Kaizen-Workshops,
  • Implementierung strategischer Initiativen,
  • Leitung der Implementierung des MES-Systems (Manufacturing Execution System),
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitern des Werkssupports zur Implementierung von Lean-Programmen, -Richtlinien und -Initiativen, die den Kundenerwartungen und globalen Standards für Lean entsprechen,
  • Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch unsere Lean-Prozesse und -Systeme,
  • Vermittlung von Kenntnissen über Lean-Tools, um das Bewusstsein und Wissen über DOS zu erhöhen.

Voraussetzungen

  • Bachelor-Abschluss / Master-Abschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung,
  • Lean/ SixSigma Erfahrung in der Automobil-Industrie, SixSigma Black Belt Zertifizierung erwünscht,
  • Starke Kommunikation in Englisch und Deutsch,
  • Kann erfolgreiche Umsetzung Veränderungsinitiativen nachweisen,
  • Motivation, Eigeninitiative, und enthusiastische Herangehensweise
  • Ergebnismotiviert und bestrebt, Erwartungen zu übertreffen
  • Starke Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Organisation, Multitasking und Zeitmanagement
  • Analytischer Ansatz zur Problemlösung.

Die Aufgabe erfordert darüber hinaus sicheres Auftreten, souveränen Umgang mit Menschen sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln.
