Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Energy Market Strategist to lead our energy strategy and ensure the resilience of our energy supply. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of energy markets, grid operations, and regulatory landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive energy strategy that aligns with organizational goals for resilience, sustainability, and cost-efficiency
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of energy markets, grid outlooks, and regulatory environments to inform strategic decisions
  • Identify and leverage market incentives, grants, and subsidies to support the transition to more resilient and sustainable energy models
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in energy markets, and resilience planning
  • Strong understanding of energy market dynamics, grid operations, and regulatory landscapes
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing energy strategies and resilience plans
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification in energy management
  • Experience with renewable energy projects, energy storage solutions, and smart grid technologies
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards
