GONDER Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Services Manager to oversee our operations in Korbach / Waldeck County.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff as needed.
  • Provide expert advice to clients, propose additional services, and tailor service specifications to meet their requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support through personalized interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and data privacy protocols.
  • Be available for occasional supervision of cleaning activities outside regular working hours.

Your Qualifications:

  • Relevant training in building cleaning or equivalent qualifications.
  • Several years of experience in building cleaning, quality assurance, or facility management.
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Professional demeanor, assertiveness, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
