Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair activities, planning and managing projects, and documenting actions. This is a full-time position that requires a strong technical understanding and willingness to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
- Plan and manage projects related to maintenance, renovation, and technical optimization
- Document all actions and activities performed
Requirements
- Completed training as an electrician or similar qualification
- Previous experience in building technology or facility management is advantageous
- Strong technical understanding and willingness to work
- Forklift license (can be obtained internally)
- Driver's license Class B required - Class BE desirable
- Physical endurance
- Reliability and organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Good German language skills
