Maintenance Specialist for Facility Systems

Your primary role will involve ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facility's technical systems. This encompasses routine inspections, upkeep, and repairs to guarantee efficiency.

You will conduct thorough evaluations of the systems, record any discrepancies, and implement effective solutions promptly.

Scheduled maintenance tasks will be executed diligently and documented comprehensively. Additionally, you will liaise with external service providers for installation and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the operational integrity and efficiency of all supply systems, including refrigeration, compressed air, heating (thermal oil and gas), and water.
  • Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repair activities on supply systems.
  • Verify systems for operational effectiveness and completeness of all components and documentation.
  • Execute planned maintenance and meticulously document all activities performed.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to manage ordering, scheduling, and oversight of external contractors for installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, refrigeration technician, HVAC technician, or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in technical building services (TGA) are advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in an industrial setting and/or supply technology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, independence, and reliability.
  • Analytical thinking abilities.
