Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between 120,000 and 180,000 USD, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales specialist to fill the role of Senior Key Account Manager. As a member of our executive sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating framework contracts and term sheets with large-scale customers. Your primary goal will be to maintain strong relationships with top-level clients, provide close support, and continuously research market trends and competition.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Systematically identifying and acquiring new target customers in the industrial, utility, and municipal segment, navigating and managing the sales process from lead status to closing
  • Preparing all necessary documents (KYC, presentations, indicative, and binding offers) within tenders
  • Negotiating framework contracts and term sheets
  • Maintaining and providing close support to top-level customers
  • Continuously researching market trends and competition

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University/College degree
  • 7-10 years of relevant sales experience in the energy industry
  • Profound spoken and written English
  • Experience with CRM Systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiating skills
  • Creativity, entrepreneurial thinking
  • Highly organized and respectful of deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and set priorities in a complex and rapidly changing environment
