Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced UX Design Expert to join our team and drive strategic design initiatives across our portfolio. As a key member of our design core team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, design leadership, and stakeholders to shape design excellence initiatives and deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic design initiatives, driving key projects and collaborating with UX Researchers to conduct discovery studies and usability evaluations.
  • Create user-centered design concepts and strategies for complex projects, balancing desirability with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Facilitate design sprints and workshops, guiding teams through planning, participant engagement, and documentation of insights.
  • Partner with the Head of Design and senior design leadership to elevate our design practices, develop design strategies, and implement design workflows and processes.

Requirements

  • Strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in leading large-scale design initiatives with tangible business impact.
  • Expertise in user-centered design approaches and methodologies, including user research, user journeys, personas, and storyboards.
  • Fast learning curve, with the ability to quickly understand technical and complex topics and communicate derived UX concepts and strategy effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to influence discussions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).

About the Team

Our design core team consists of Principal Design Leads, Strategic Designers, UX Researchers, and Design Managers, working closely with Engineering and Product Management. As a member of our vibrant design practice, you'll join a dynamic environment where multidisciplinary teams are empowered to create breakthrough innovations and product increments to realize customer value.
