Senior Product Manager for Payments Core

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our payments infrastructure team at Remote. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our payments core, ensuring seamless integration with our various payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate the vision for our payment infrastructure, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Drive the product strategy, prioritizing roadmap items and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to bring products through all phases of development, from ideation to launch.
- Manage our payments infrastructure, enabling other products to easily integrate and expand their offerings with payments solutions.
- Work closely with Legal and Operations departments to ensure compliance with payment regulations and design money flows that expand our product offering.
- Deliver clear, thoughtful documentation and communicate technical dependencies with engineering counterparts and other product development teams.
- Conduct market research to inform product strategy, measure performance against key indicators, and inform future improvements.
- Experience building payments hubs, API products, and integrating complex 3rd party systems, ideally for payment APIs and integrations.
- Track record of experience in payments, with a solid understanding of payment gateway systems and how money flows through card and banking networks.
- Familiarity with global payment regulations, including KYC/AML, GDPR, and licensing.
- Self-driver who can translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with the engineering team to deliver well-designed solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams and departments to ensure customer, business, and compliance needs are met.
- Great judgment to make strategic and tactical decisions.
- Data-driven product manager with experience setting and tracking goals to achieve results.
