Job Title: Test Automation Specialist

Luxoft is a leading software services company that delivers professional software services in multiple business verticals. We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implementation, and documentation of test automation systems with a focus on embedded Linux applications.
  • Creating test cases and test plans for the next generation infotainment product.
  • Supporting different test activities like regression testing, system testing, and end-of-line testing.
  • Implementation, execution, and documentation of test cases.
  • Identifying effective test strategies for new/existing features and crafting test plans accordingly.
  • Supporting development teams to reproduce bugs and verify bug fixes.
  • Analysis of logs, test specs, and test scripts.
  • Vehicle logs analysis like DLT logs, Ethernet/CAN logs.
  • Requirement analysis and development of test approach.
  • Analyzing issues detected during tests or reported by others and working closely with developers to resolve issues and validate software changes.
  • Test automation using Squish, Python, and Robot Framework.
  • Maintaining and documenting test environments (e.g., test bench and car).

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in electronic engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, ideally along with agile principles.
  • Experience in manual SW & HW testing.
  • Open to learning new technologies and adjusting to new ways of working.
  • Good communication skills in English (writing & speaking) along with team spirit.
  • Hands-on experience in the automotive domain: CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, Diagnostics, Variant Coding, flashing ECUs, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux: scripting, programming, verification, etc.
  • JIRA/Confluence user.
