Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at REWE as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Transactions: Accurately process transactions at the cash register and ensure proper accounting
  • Support Store Operations: Support the store manager by overseeing daily operations in their absence
  • Merchandising: Stock shelves with attention to detail and product quality
  • Customer Service: Delight customers with friendly service, expert advice, and attentive support

Requirements:

  • Background in Retail: Ideal candidates will have a background in retail or relevant work experience
  • Customer Focus: Passion for retail and interacting with people
  • Communication Skills: Strong customer focus, communication skills, team spirit, and accountability
  • Openness to Learning: Openness to learning new skills
  • Availability: Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday
