Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Sales Associate in our Dairy Department at REWE Muammer Eroglu oHG.
Main Responsibilities:- Product Presentation and Maintenance: Ensure that the Dairy Department is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the highest standards of freshness and cleanliness.
- Pricing and Assortment Management: Accurately manage product pricing and assortment to meet customer demands and optimize sales.
- Sales Strategy and Implementation: Effectively implement national sales concepts and develop strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide expert advice and exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales.
- Inventory and Cost Management: Manage inventory levels, costs, and product flow to ensure efficient operations and maximize sales.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail or a related field is essential for this role.
- Customer Focus and Communication Skills: Strong customer focus, communication skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility are required to succeed in this position.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to learn, adapt to new situations, and work varying shifts from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 14:00.
