Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsleiter, der unsere Geschäftsentwicklung unterstützen möchte. Als Teil unseres dynamischen Teams werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsstrategien spielen.

Aufgaben

Als Vertriebsleiter werden Sie folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

  • Die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und den Ausbau des Geschäftsvolumens
  • Die Akquise von Neukunden
  • Die individuelle und fachlich fundierte Betreuung vorhandener Kunden
  • Die Projektleitung bei Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Das Networking
  • Die Angebotskalkulation und -nachverfolgung
  • Die Kontakte mit Entscheidungsträgern aus verschiedenen Branchen
  • Die Identifikation potentieller Kunden und Kontaktaufnahme
  • Die Herbeiführung des Verkaufserfolges
  • Die Steigerung des Bekanntheitsgrades unseres Unternehmens
Qualifikationen

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich des Vertriebs
  • Eine ausgeprägte Branchen-Netzwerk
  • Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
  • Ein flexibles und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeitsverhalten
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsfreiraum
