Job Title: Senior Director of Government Affairs and Policy

At Remote, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Government Affairs and Policy to lead our government relations efforts globally. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our government affairs and policy strategy, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive government affairs and policy strategy to advance Remote's business interests globally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key government officials, stakeholders, and industry leaders to promote Remote's interests and influence policy decisions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align government affairs and policy efforts with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of government affairs and policy professionals to ensure effective execution of our strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation, regulations, and policy developments that impact Remote's business and provide strategic advice to the leadership team.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful government affairs and policy strategies.
  • Strong relationships with key government officials, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $115,000 - $165,000 USD.
