Job Title: Senior Director of Government Affairs and Policy

At Remote, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Government Affairs and Policy to lead our global government affairs and policy efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our government affairs and policy strategy across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive government affairs and policy strategy that aligns with Remote's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders at the federal and local levels.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment between government affairs and policy efforts and overall business strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of government affairs and policy professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Oversee and analyze existing and proposed legislation to assess potential impact on Remote's business and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in government affairs and policy, with a focus on the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful government affairs and policy strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
