Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and assessment of performance campaigns across diverse digital media platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
  • Introduce innovative concepts and strategies to enhance existing channels and discover new opportunities.
  • Implement A/B testing to guarantee ongoing improvement and refinement of campaigns.
  • Establish, analyze, and track relevant KPIs, assisting in the adjustment of campaign budgets based on these metrics.
  • Generate performance reports regularly, present findings, and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of our Ads section in our online course and assist participants with inquiries related to advertising.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Performance Marketing, especially in Paid Social and Paid Search (3+ years).
  • Possess an analytical mindset, organized work habits, and a process-oriented approach. Proficient in utilizing common marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with terms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ad Account, Google Analytics, lead generation, pixels & tags, and keyword research.
  • Embrace challenges and consider yourself a true team player.
  • Exhibit initiative and independence in executing (client) projects.
  • Informed: Stay abreast of digital trends and possess a comprehensive understanding of various platforms.
  • Understand our target audience and business model, enabling you to relate well to them.
  • Demonstrate professional and effective customer interaction. Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Capable of independently designing, establishing, and continuously optimizing campaign structures.
  • Education/Degree: not a priority. What truly matters is your current capabilities.
