Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, execution, optimization, and assessment of performance campaigns across multiple digital media platforms, particularly Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
  • Introduce innovative concepts and strategies to enhance existing channels and investigate new opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing to ensure ongoing improvement and refinement of campaigns.
  • Establish, analyze, and track relevant KPIs, assisting in the adjustment of campaign budgets based on these metrics.
  • Generate performance reports at regular intervals, present findings, and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute actively to the development of our Ads section in our online courses and assist participants with inquiries related to advertising.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Performance Marketing, especially in Paid Social and Paid Search (3+ years).
  • Possess an analytical mindset, structured work approach, and a process-oriented attitude. Proficient in utilizing common marketing tools and analytical platforms.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ad Account, Google Analytics, lead generation, pixels & tags, and keyword research.
  • Thrives on challenges and embodies a true team spirit.
  • Demonstrates initiative and independence, particularly in executing (client) projects.
  • Informed: Remain current on digital trends and possess a comprehensive understanding of various platforms.
  • Ability to identify with our target audience and business model.
  • Professional and effective communication with clients is second nature. Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Capable of independently designing, establishing, and continuously optimizing campaign structures.
  • Education/Degree: not a primary concern. What truly matters is your current capabilities.
