Deine Herausforderung

  • Als IT-Experte bist du für die Betreuung von Windows- und Linux-Servern sowie die erste Kontaktperson bei anspruchsvollen IT-Problemen verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du nimmst Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen entgegen und unterstützt unsere Kunden im Anwendersupport.
  • Deine Zuständigkeit umfasst die Planung und Durchführung von Projekten.

Deine Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fach.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen der Infrastruktur.
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in zwei der folgenden Felder: Serverbetriebssysteme, Datenbanken, Virtualisierungstechnologien, Terminalserver und Speichersysteme.
