Deine Rolle:
  • Als IT-Experte betreust du Windows- und Linux-Server und übernimmst die Rolle der ersten Kontaktperson bei anspruchsvollen IT-Problemen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support.
  • Dabei nimmst du Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen entgegen und unterstützt unsere Kunden im Anwendersupport.
  • Des Weiteren bist du zuständig für die Planung und Durchführung von Projekten.
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fach, alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen der Infrastruktur.
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in zwei der folgenden Felder: Serverbetriebssysteme, Datenbanken, Virtualisierungstechnologien, Terminalserver und Speichersystemen.
  • Persönlich gefallen uns besonders deine Team- und Kommunikationskompetenzen, deine lösungsorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie deine Bereitschaft, unsere Kunden in anspruchsvollen Situationen zu unterstützen.
