Senior Risk Manager, Digital Services Act Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our team at Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH. As a key member of our Trustworthy Shopping Experience team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Compliance Frameworks: Design and implement operational compliance oversight frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to the DSA and other EU product-related compliance regulations.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Changes: Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance with current requirements.
- Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work with internal teams to assess risks and non-conformity issues, and establish mitigation strategies.
- Support Audits and Reporting: Assist with external audits, reporting, and data access requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and addressing any findings or recommendations.
- Engage with Regulatory Partners: Support the Senior Compliance Officer in engaging with regulatory partners and stakeholders.
- Provide Compliance Guidance: Serve as a key point of contact for the business, providing guidance on operating within compliance.
The Trustworthy Shopping Experience team at Amazon Deutschland Services GmbH is dedicated to ensuring customer trust and compliance with regulatory requirements. We work closely with regulators, brands, selling partners, and customers to identify and mitigate/prevent compliance, selling partner, or product risk.
Requirements- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level.
- Compliance Experience: Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Project Management Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Process Improvement Experience: Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent.
- Advanced Education: Master's degree or equivalent.
