Your Responsibilities

  • As a strategic and operational planner, you will collaborate with the CCO and Head of EEP-V to shape E.ON's CCUS business and support senior executives in strategic planning, Mid Term Planning, and target setting, including OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • You will define the core processes of the new EEP CCO resort and establish the Program Director roles within the CCO resort as part of organizational development.
  • In program management, you will ensure alignment, resolve conflicts, manage interdependencies between EEP-V, D, and IQ projects, and actively participate in decision-making processes related to project prioritization, growth, market positioning, and resource allocation.
  • You will establish effective program management processes, tools, and guidelines, and define standards for project reporting and communication, streamline internal processes and decision-making.
  • As an honest counsel, you will serve as a valuable sounding board and sparring partner for decision-making and stakeholder management, providing an unbiased view, offering insights without being influenced by internal politics or personal agendas, and acting as a trusted confidant, facilitating discussions on sensitive matters.

Your Profile

  • You hold a Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • You have proven experience in startup environments, consulting, or project management, specifically within the industrial sector.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ready to inspire others.
  • You are adaptable, resilient, and passionate about driving the success of new business organizations.
  • You have IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • You are fluent in English and German, with any other language being a plus.
