Account Manager Switzerland

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Dorel Juvenile in Switzerland. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales and penetration of our established brand in the Swiss market.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the Swiss market. You will be working closely with our Sales Administration, Operational Marketing, Retailer Care, and After-Sales departments to ensure optimal customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize business relationships with existing national key accounts
- Realize sales targets through effective account planning and execution
- Maintain or improve numeric and qualitative distribution of our products
- Analyze and report sales results to inform future sales strategies
- Demonstrated experience in sales with a background in the Swiss market
- Fluent command of the German language and ability to communicate in English
- Independent, mature, and responsible with excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, analyze results, and report back to management
- A competitive annual salary of €70,000 max. based on experience and knowledge
- 20% sales bonus plan and a 13th month every year
- 13.96 salary payments throughout the year
- 27 vacation days plus pink Monday
- Company car and credit card for business expenses
- Travel expenses, laptop, and telephone
