Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with our watchmaking team to deliver exceptional service and repair work
* Ensure the correct presentation and product management of our spare parts
* Conduct quality assurance of our products and services to maintain up-to-dateness and continuity
* Provide support to our Client Advisory team with questions, concerns, or clarification cases related to our watch spare parts

Requirements:

* Completed apprenticeship in a skilled trade
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Strong interest in precision mechanics and working with metals and precious metals
* Reliable and detail-oriented with a passion for luxury watches
* Proficiency in German and English
