• Support our watchmaking team with partial repairs and service work on luxury watches
• Ensure the correct presentation and product management of our spare parts
• Independently conduct quality assurance of our products and services
• Act as a contact person for our Client Advisory team, providing support with questions, concerns, or clarification cases related to our watch spare parts

• Completed apprenticeship in a skilled trade
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in precision mechanics, with a flair for precision and an affinity for working with metals and precious metals
• Reliability, a passion for luxury watches, and a commitment to teamwork
• Proficiency in German and English
