About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at Dursol Fabrik Otto Durst GmbH & Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and grow revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with our international back-office management team to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects, building strong relationships and driving sales growth
About You

We are looking for a self-starting, results-driven individual with a strong track record of success in sales and international account management. You will be a commercial savvy professional with excellent negotiation skills, able to develop rapport quickly and build on existing relationships.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the automotive, hardware, or industrial industries
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and think quickly to handle objections
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel for extended periods
