About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician (m/f/d) HKLS or Electrical as a Springer in the Cologne Bonn Area to join our team at Apleona. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Completed apprenticeship as an Anlagenmechaniker (m/f/d) HKLS, Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer (m/f/d), Elektroniker (m/f/d), or Techniker (m/f/d) / Meister (m/f/d) in the HKLS/Electrical field or a comparable qualification in energy and building technology.
  • First-hand experience in facility management, building technology, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with building services and electrical systems is a plus.
  • Additional qualifications or knowledge in the Sanitary or Ventilation trade are advantageous.
  • Qualification according to VDI6022 is a plus, but can also be acquired at Apleona if necessary.
  • A valid driver's license (class B) is mandatory.
