About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician (w/m/d) HKLS or Electrical as Springer to join our team at Apleona. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients, including troubleshooting and repairing building systems and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct safety inspections and perform repairs as needed to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Document all work performed, including maintenance and repairs, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Building Services Technology (HKLS), Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities management, building services, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of building services and electrical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and meet client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
