We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist - Raw Materials to join our team at LyondellBasell.
About the Role
- Execute the sourcing process to effectively source raw materials, addressing internal customer needs.
- Understand strategies for assigned categories and drive initiatives to meet sourcing objectives.
- Prepare sourcing initiatives through data modeling and analysis, and execute change management and implementation of new processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand demands and prepare demand forecasts.
- Perform spend analysis by collecting and analyzing spend data.
- Ensure high ethical and financial control compliance standards are met by the organization.
- Maximize revenue share and control cost by responding to audits, surveys, or other information requests from internal and external sources.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders in the implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Demonstrate the initiative to challenge inefficiencies, process deviations, and strategy deviations.
- Identify and select suppliers who prioritize sustainability practices, contributing to our company's commitment to environmental and social responsibility.
