Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled EU Regional Retail Field Force Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our retail field force in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors and sales advisors to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Manage sales targets, ROI, and SO management to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans.
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations and coordinate with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the 3C electronic industry.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to travel across countries.
  • Proficient in office software (PPT, EXCEL), IT systems, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
