Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Microchip Technology, Inc.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering and relevant experience in quality assurance and statistical tools. Proficiency in MS Office, MATLAB, and Visual Basic is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of quality philosophies, principles, methods, tools, standards, organizational dynamics, and interpersonal relationships is essential for this role. Experience in manufacturing electronic devices is also beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reliability testing of our products, maintaining and continuously improving the management system, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. They will work closely with R&D and Process Engineering teams to define suitable test conditions for our products and provide test reports to internal and external customers.
This role involves organizing process compliance reviews, conducting internal audits, developing and implementing quality programs, goals, and policies, and driving process improvements to methodology, test conditions, and failure analysis. The successful candidate must be able to use test and analysis tools, manage product qualification, and ensure fulfillment of ISO requirements.
Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
