Job Title: Technical Product Owner - B2B Operations

Zertificon Solutions GmbH, a leading software manufacturer and IT security specialist, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our B2B Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing efficient operational processes along the customer and partner journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement standardized processes for customer and partner onboarding, contract management, upsell, downsell, and support tickets.
  • Develop and maintain requirements and mockups for operational processes.
  • Coordinate new concepts and features with our Subscription Business and Operations team.
  • Prioritize requests for new features in the area of operations.
  • Refine operational tasks in the backlog.
  • Expand monitoring with additional indicators to recognize developments in the customer journey at an early stage.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a product owner or project manager in agile teams.
  • Technical understanding of backend processes and workflows for subscriptions in eCommerce.
  • Proficiency in Adobe XD or Figma.
  • German B2 and fluent English C1 language skills.
