Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager | Technician (m/w/d) HVAC and Climate Technology to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing maintenance and repair plans for technical building equipment (TGA)
  • Managing and executing renovation and modernization projects to optimize energy efficiency in HVAC and climate technology systems
  • Developing and calculating maintenance proposals
  • Procuring necessary components
  • Coordinating material deliveries, subcontractors, and external service providers
  • Financial project management
  • Responsibility for project accounting, reporting, and project control
  • Technical supervision of our service technicians

You will be based at our Hamburg-Harburg location and will be responsible for managing projects in Hamburg and the surrounding area.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Master's or Technician's degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) or related field
  • Experience in project management in the maintenance of technical building equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • High decision-making and communication skills
  • Customer and solution-oriented approach, with a healthy dose of pragmatism
