Job ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the Strategic and Regional Account Managers in achieving year-over-year revenue and margin growth targets;
- Providing technical and applications credibility during customer interactions to support the company's roadmap to revenue process and strategic account plans;
- Developing business opportunities for the company within designated customer accounts;
- Serving as the technical bridge between the company's business units and the sales team;
- Providing customer insight to the company's business units and teams from a technology perspective;
- Creating, leading, and executing robust product trial plans with customers to define testing criteria and establish success metrics;
- Managing customer crisis situations related to "line down" and/or technical customer complaints.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in an engineering curriculum;
- A proven track record in industry-related experience;
- Proficient English language capability – written and verbal;
- Ability to abide by all company policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal);
- Strong analytical and statistical skills for problem-solving;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Outstanding customer relations skills and ability to adapt to varying customer needs;
