Working Student Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support our communication activities at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will assist in planning and coordinating events, preparing and sharing social media posts, updating websites, and editing and publishing videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of events, including virtual and in-person activities
- Prepare and share social media posts and other content to engage with our audience
- Update websites using our content management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Edit and publish videos to showcase our company's work and achievements
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Marketing & Communication, Business Administration, Design, Languages, Social Sciences – interdisciplinary studies welcome
- Soft skills: good self-organization skills, good communication skills, pro-active character, and reliable in delivering results
- Language skills: fluent in German, good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and good understanding of social media (LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
