About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Line Operator to join our team at Danone's Fulda facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and safe production processes
- Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections to identify and address any issues or defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and improve overall efficiency
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Relevant technical education or training in a related field (e.g. food processing, mechanical engineering)
- Proven experience working with production equipment and machinery
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
