Description

We are looking for you as Team Lead Test Engineering (gn). The position is available immediately in full-time at our modern production plant in Fulda, Einsteinstraße.

Your Role
  • You take over the technical and disciplinary supervision of our test engineering team at our production site
  • With your hands-on mentality, you realize technical tasks in collaboration with your team colleagues
  • You plan and develop (semi-)automated production tests
  • You also develop test concepts and create circuit diagrams
  • You plan and create individual test stations and test equipment
  • You are responsible for the creation and continuous optimization of test procedures
  • You carry out fault analyses and repairs on assemblies
Your Skills
  • You have a successfully completed education in electronics and further training as an electrical technician / foreman (gn)
  • You have solid professional experience in test engineering as well as initial qualifications to lead a team
  • Previous knowledge of various electrical test procedures
  • Your quality mindset is extremely strong and you have good German and English skills
Nice-to-have
  • Initial experience in a supervisory role - technical / disciplinary
  • Knowledge of the CAN-Bus
  • You already have experience with NI-TestStand
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (preferably C#, C++ or Visual Basic)
