About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Director to lead our analytics strategy and insights across client engagements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute analytics strategies that inform business decisions and drive marketing campaigns.
  • Lead a team of analysts to analyze quantitative data, identify customer profiles, and develop predictive models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet client goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior clients to drive data-driven decision-making and achieve exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and data-driven marketing.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in an advertising/marketing agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing analytics professionals, with experience working with multi-location and offshore teams.
  • Extensive experience in digital analytics, including site analytics, social media, and online marketing.
  • Strong understanding of database marketing principles and database structures.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, marketing mathematical rigor, test-and-learn plans, and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and management skills.
