About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our radiochemistry team at our Berlin location. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of our site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site development plans in consultation with the Head of Operations
  • Manage the operational aspects of PET tracer production and quality control
  • Lead the Heads of Departments (Production, Quality Control & Quality Assurance)
  • Plan and organize maintenance and repair activities
  • Coordinate production planning with the sales team
  • Enhance and standardize production and testing processes
  • Support the quality assurance system in accordance with GMP guidelines
  • Manage projects and special assignments as directed by the Head of Operations
  • Oversee staff management and recruitment at the site
Requirements
  • Completed studies in a technical or scientific field, preferably pharmacy or chemistry
  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmacy business with management experience
  • Experience in radiopharmacy development, production, and quality control is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High reliability and durability
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills
