Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager für unsere Abteilung Service Integration. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie verantwortlich für die technische Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen und Produkten auf der Plattform- und Applikationsebene sowie für die Integration der Services in die jeweiligen Betriebseinheiten.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für große komplexe und herausfordernde IT-Infrastruktur-Projekte sowie innovative Projekte im Umfeld von Cloud Computing
  • Beschreibung und Spezifikation von Projekten nach Auftragseingang
  • Planung von Projekten samt Ressourcenplanung, Meilensteinplanung, Stakeholderanalysen und Projektstrukturplänen
  • Prozessorientierte Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten, Ansteuerung von leistungserbringenden Organisationen sowie proaktive Sicherstellung der Erreichung aller Projektziele in Bezug auf Zeit, Qualität und Umfang
  • Kundenkommunikation auf C-Level im Zuge der Projektabwicklung sowie Durchführung von Eskalationen
  • Risiko-, Zeit-, Kosten- und Zahlungsmanagement sowie Claim Management und Chancenmanagement
  • Projektumsetzung nach klassischen oder agilen Methoden, u. a. Scrum
  • Einsatzplanung sowie Steuerung und fachliche Führung des Projektteams - vom Vertragsabschluss bis hin zur Betriebsbereitschaft an das Service Management
  • Proaktive Mitwirkung an der Verbesserung teaminterner Aufgaben wie Prozessverbesserungen, Controlling oder Mentoring
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein absolviertes Studium, z. B. im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik / Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft bzw. alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Hinblick auf komplexe Projekte und Software-Projekte
  • Mehrjährige Expertise bezüglich der fachlichen Führung von Teams als Projektmanager (m/w/d)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Projektleitungsmethoden und -standards
  • Tiefgreifende Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen, Jira und MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zertifizierung im PMI-Standard sowie als Scrum Master wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Hohe analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeit und Kreativität mit einem Gespür für individuelle Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden
