Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at ila solution GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and conditions
- Store goods in a safe and organized manner, using inventory management systems to track stock levels
- Prepare goods for shipping, including packaging and labeling
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
